You can book a delivery, wait and load, tip and return or collection by telephone or email. Or try our website bookings, which lets you book anytime of the day or night 365 days a year.
Our Terms & Conditions
NOT ALLOWED TO BE LOADED IN OUR CONTAINERS
Extra charges will be applied or full container maybe returned at extra cost, if any of the following are found in the container from your site.
Asbestos, Any Cylinders, Animal Waste, Batteries, Chemicals, Disposable Nappies, Needles & Sharps, Electrical Equipment, Explosives, Fluorescent Tubes, Food Waste, Fridges, Fuel, Glue, Laptops & Tablets, Lighting, Medical Waste, Oil of any kind, Paint, Phones, POP’s, Televisions, Toner/Printer Cartridges & Tyres.
All Containers MUST NOT be loaded above the sides of the container. If container is found to have large amounts of contamination, we will charge at Mixed Recycling or General Waste rate. Any damage to containers will be charged for. No fires in containers.
Waiting time is charged after 30 minutes of being onsite, missed collections will be charged.
